QCC Volunteer Sign Up – OPEN

Volunteer sign up is now OPEN for the 2023 Queen City Classic (Feb 3-5).

Here’s how it works in 3 easy steps:

2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.

3) Sign up! It’s Easy – you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com.

This is a great way to contribute towards your team’s 30-hour volunteer requirement. It’s good to volunteer at tournaments that you or your child are not participating in. Each shift is worth 1 volunteer hours. Plus, you can be a part of making this tournament the best tournament in the WEST! Spots fill up quickly.
*The grounds surrounding The Co-operators Center will be extra  busy due to the FROST FESTIVAL, so please plan extra time to get to your volunteer shift.

It is very important that if you are signing up for SHOT CLOCK, that you have previous experience.

Please bring your own volunteer tracking sheet to track your volunteer hours. The form can be found on our website or here

If this event fills up, please don’t worry, there are many opportunities to volunteer at the Canadian Ringette Championships in April.

Cancellation policy
If you sign up and then cancel a spot within 24 hours and that spot remains unfilled, we will add 1 hour to your team’s 30-hour volunteer requirement. (Spots cancelled more than 24 hours before the spot are allowed without risk.)
