For each tournament date, registered athletes will be divided into four teams of 10 (9 skaters and 1 goalie).
The tournament includes round robin and playoff games.

DATES: Aug 10, 12, 13, 17, 19, 20, 24, 26, 27, 31 and Sept 2, 3
The 30th Annual Ringette Conditioning Camp is geared to prepare and give the Ringette players the conditioning edge for their 2026-2027 season and tryouts.
- The school will consist of 12 one-hour sessions.
- All sessions are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- The school will be open to Ringette Players of U10 age and up.
- To ensure each student receives ultimate attention, there is a limit of how many students will be accepted.

2026 FUNdamentals Pre-Season Ringette Camp

Registration for the 2025 FUNdamentals Pre-Season Ringette Camp (held on September 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27) is now open.
The camp is designed to teach and develop technical skills with purposeful feedback as athletes prepare for the upcoming ringette season. Session plans are based on the Ringette Canada Athlete Development Matrix and follow Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD).
*NEW* this year is a U14 group focusing on technical and tactical skills. Sign up soon to secure your spot!

Started in 2008 by players for players looking to challenge themselves both physically and mentally, Elite Ringette Training knows exactly what it takes. Managed, Designed & Instructed by female athletes who have not only played the sport and experienced amazing opportunities; but who have also dedicated their time to growing Ringette and supporting all female sports.
Offering Day camps, power skating, and tryout preparation, Elite offered their first camps in Regina in 2025.
