Any member of Regina Ringette may attend an Open Director’s meeting as a non-voting member, providing they waive notice of such meeting. If they wish to bring an item forward to the Board, it must be submitted to the Secretary and President at least one (1) week prior to that meeting for the topic to be placed on the agenda. Any person attending a meeting who is not a member of the Board may only participate in the discussion during their agenda item.
