In partnership with CrossFit Regina, RRA is excited to offer a FREE Strength, Conditioning, and Agility program designed specifically for ringette athletes. These professionally coached sessions focus on speed, balance, coordination, injury prevention, and overall athletic development in a safe, age-appropriate environment

Important: Parent/ Athlete sign-up in advance is required for all athletes.

How to Sign Up (Required)

All registrations must be completed by a parent or guardian. Note that your athlete MUST be a member of the Regina Ringette Association for the 2025-26 season to be eligible.

  • Email info@crossfitregina.com
    • Include:
      • Athlete’s full name
      • Age
      • Ringette division
  • You will receive an activation email from the scheduling app Kilo
    • Please check your junk/spam folder
  • Once your account is activated, you can:
    • Register for sessions up to 1 week in advance
    • Manage bookings directly in the app

If you are unable to attend a session you have signed up for, please cancel as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to someone else.

All sessions will run from 7 to 8 pm at CrossFit Regina, 1681 McDonald St. (across from the Regina Ringette office).
