NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Regina Ringette Association is scheduled for April 26, 2023, at 7:00 pm.
PURPOSE OF THE AGM:
1. To elect the following Executive positions:
· Vice President
· Treasurer
2. To elect 5 members to the board. Successful candidates will be assigned to a directorship position most suited to their skill level and experience.

5. To discuss any matter(s) brought forward by the RRA membership
Motions must be submitted using this form https://forms.gle/nRPqKpqvmZFcQXX98 before April 12th. Agenda items will not be accepted after this date.
A registered RRA player eighteen years of age or older, or one parent/guardian and registered coaches, managers or trainers shall be eligible to vote at the AGM. According to the RRA Constitution, 30 eligible voters, or 5% of the eligible members, whichever is less, shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of the AGM. There may be only one vote cast by each eligible member. No voting by proxy will be allowed. Members from other zone associations outside of Regina Ringette Association shall not have voting privileges at the RRA Annual General Meeting.
