Regina Ringette is so proud to have athletes at the Ringette Canada camps in Gatineau Quebec. Athletes attending will participate in fitness testing, mental performance training in addition to honing their own skills.

Attending the Junior National Team (JNT) is Taylor Johnston, Brianna Shupe and Lauren Schoenhofen. In the U18 Development camp we have: Ingrid Heerspink, Kiera Muckelt-Landry and in the U17 La Relève camp is Brigette Parks, Natalie Seymour, Adria Thorson, and London Clemett.

Our athletes started Tuesday with fitness testing ending on Saturday with the team scrimmages. The days are fully packed – starting around 7 am and ending at 6:30 pm. Athletes are learning lots of new ringette skills, doing dryland training including off-ice stride work, receiving mental and nutrition training, and setting goals with Team Canada coaches.

Each Regina Ringette athlete appreciates the opportunity to be here, compete against some of the best athletes across Canada, make new ringette friends, and thankful to learn new skills about the game they love.

Regina Ringette is represented well in the team scrimmages and each are doing their part to contribute to their team’s success.
