Congratulations to the U19B Regina Eight for winning the Regina Ringette League Championships Silver Medal.  The Eight finished top in the division in regular season action, and went undefeated in the round robin during the league finals.  Thanks to coaches Eric Johnson, Melissa Johnson and Kayla McFie; and all the parents and players for their effors and camaraderie throughout the season.

U10 Flash

The Regina U10 Flash concluded the 2016-17 season with a gold medal at the City Championships.  The team had an unbelievable season going undefeated at the Milestone Team tournament and the Buffalo Plains Charge tournament, winning gold medals at the Regina Queen City tournament and Saskatoon City of Bridges tournament; and going undefeated during the regular season.  Amazing season Flash!  Huge thanks to all the players and parents for their wonderful support throughout the year.

U16B Ice

Regina Ice concluded the 2016-17 season with an 8-4 Gold medal victory over the Regina Rebels in the U16B City Championships. The victory is a demonstration of how a group of 13, 14 & 15 year old girls can discipline themselves to maintain a high degree of commitment, dedication and desire to improve and excel within every aspect of team and personal development that this sport can offer. The many training sessions, games & fundraising events have resulted in a cohesive family of players, parents and coaches who continue to reach personal and team goals. Finland 2018 .. here we come!

U16B Rebels

The U16B Rebels won Silver in the U16B Division finals.  Our team fought hard but fell a little short verses an enriched U16B Regina Ice team in the Gold Medal Game.  Great season Rebels!

The U19B Elite took home another silver medal in the Buffalo Plains December Charge tournament.  It was a weekend reminiscent of the movie “Groundhog Day”, with the Elite playing six games within 48 hours rotating between the Saskatoon Exile and the Buffalo Plains Phantoms.  The games against each opponent seem to repeat themselves, with Elite ultimately taking home the “silver” chocolate medal!

U19B Voltage

The Regina Voltage captured the Regina Ringette City Championships in the U19B division on the weekend.  The Voltage defeated the Regina Eight by a score of 6 to 3.  Goal scorers included Kelsey Klewchuk and Mackenzie Moore with two each and singles went to Rachel Shiels and with the game winning goal, Katlyn Agecoutay.  Klewchuk was also named player of the game for the Voltage.  The Voltage entered their fifth Gold Medal Game of the season after a hard fought one goal victory over the BP Phantoms in the semi-final and two close losses to the Eight in the round robin.  Bolstered by timely scoring, a stingy defence and solid goaltending, the Voltage ended the season with the City Championship Gold Medal as well as Gold in Transcona/Winnipeg and Silver Medals in the Provincial Championships, the Jim Benning and the LiUNA in Fort Saskatchewan.  Coaches Scott Donald, Cindy Buhler and Dwain Weeks want to thank all parents and players for their efforts and camaraderie throughout the season.

U16A Ringers

Congratulations to the U16A Ringers/Team Sask for bringing home a silver medal from 2017 Western Canadian Ringette Championships.  Each of you were dedicated to the team all season long.  You brought home gold from Sherwood Park in October.  You competedd hard in Medicine Hat in December.  Your silver medals in the Jim Benning and then Winnipeg Voyageur in January showed your talents and made you eager to win Provinicals.  With landslide wins in Saskatoon in February, you earned title of Team Sask and spent the next month preparing for an unfavorable schedule in Winnipeg at Westerns.  You did it all.  The final was a very entertaining game and as a champion, you can ‘smile’ for years to come for the silver medal you wore all the way home.  Thank you coaches, parents and players for a very rewarding season.  Best wishes for next season!

U16B Rebels

Congratulations to the U16B Rebels Ringette team on their Provincial Championship!  The team defeated the U16B Sabotage 9-6 in the Gold Medal Final.

U19B Voltage

Congratulations to the U19B Regina Voltage  on winning the Silver Medal at provincial championships held in Regina from March 3-5, 2017.  Receiving a bye into the Gold Medal game after a very successful round robin event, the Voltage were looking to avenge an earlier 5 to 4 loss at the hands of the Saskatoon Impact. The Voltage could not get untracked in the final and give full credit to the Impact on earning a decisive 6 to 0 decision. Through the weekend,  Rachel Shiels led the team with 8 goals, Camryn Donald lead with 10 points and Brittney McNeill provided stellar goaltending. Coaches Scott Donald, Cindy Buhler and Dwain Weeks were very proud of the 100% effort provided by all the players in all five games. The Voltage have  now batted four for four in tournaments this season; three Silver medals and one Gold.5.
